Linda has been a certified mat-based STOTT pilates instructor since 2004. Her classes are small and focused on the quality of the exercises and breathing in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Regular pilates classes will help improve the quality of your life whether you are a couch potato or elite athlete. You will feel both relaxed and energised by the classes.
Linda is also a Nutritional Therapist. She holds a diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy from CNM, a bachelor of Health Science in Complementary Medicine from CSU and a masters in Personalised Nutrition from CNELM.
